Shelly Anderson did an article recently where Bylsma was talking about obstruction and some of the rules the NHL put in place coming out of the lockout.   Basically, he said he would be in favor of putting the red line back in, essentially making two-line passes a forbidden practice again.  It would slow the game down and prevent some injuries.  On the flip side, it makes the rink more congested and gives obstruction a chance to seep back into the league, although some people are saying obstruction is already alive and well in the NHL.  Bylsma's game is speed up the ice, and if obstruction ever gets out of control, he'll be the first guy to say something.
