Know the Enemy:
The Pens first road game of the preseason.
Though we use the term "road game" loosely.
Despite the actions of certain mail carriers, the Nationwide Arena has been a playground for Pens fans over the past few years.
The Pens website even did a piece on it last season:

“Penguin Nation” invaded the Blue Jackets’ home rink with a vengeance, providing an atmosphere that was almost “college-like”, especially during the game’s exciting conclusion the last three minutes of regulation through the Penguins’ 1-0 advantage in the shootout.

“I think this might have been the most electric crowd of the season,” head coach Dan Bylsma said after. “Right from warmups our fans were screaming and yelling.

“We had a lot of Pittsburgh fans here so it was entertaining and it was a great energy in the building … it was good to see.”

Not quite the star-studded line-up that played against the Wings, but it's Arron Asham's and Paul Martin's first games as Pens.
Former Penguin Mathieu Garon is in for the Jackets.
