Nick Johnson Claimed By Minnesota

Nick Johnson has been claimed by the Minnesota Wild, via Bob McKenzie on Twitter. It looks like all other players cleared.

Mike Yeo and Chuck Fletcher obviously know Johnson from their time with the Penguins.

Here are Johnson's stats from HockeyDB:

He was definitely a solid player who should probably be in the NHL. He wasn't going to make the Penguins, but he'll see ice time in Minnesota which is good for him. Johnson is probably best known for scoring his first NHL goal in his NHL debut; a January 21, 2010 game against the Washington Capitals. Nick Johnson was drafted 67th overall by the Pens in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft.
