Jordan Staal To Play In Winter Classic

He's back.
According to the Penguins website, Jordan Staal will play his first game of the season tonight in the Winter Classic.
There's no word as to who will sit out with Staal returning.

Eric Godard is out with a broken nose, but that still leaves 13 active players now that Staal is back.
Likely someone from the fourth line (Adams, Asham or Rupp) will end up missing the Winter Classic.

With the first and third lines clicking, it would make sense to play Staal on the second line with Malkin, as was planned during the offseason.
