Gameday 70 – Oilers

3:00 pm
CONSOL Energy Center
Another afternoon game.  Back-to-back games.  Daylight Savings Time.
We barely managed to summon up the energy to write a gameday post.  How is anyone supposed to play hockey?

Know your enemy: Oilers Nation

The only lineup change for the Oilers should be that Steve MacIntyre might actually get a shift this afternoon after spending all 60 minutes stapled to the bench in Detroit. After a solid performance in Detroit, today would be a great time to see if Devan Dubnyk can put together solid back-to-back performances. There would be zero point in playing Nikolai Khabibulin today.

Last meeting: January 14, 2010 – Penguins Won 3-2
What we said in our recap:

As Pens fans, we'll definitely chalk this up to the Pens refusing to lie down. Jordan Staal has arguably been the Pens' best non-87 player for the last couple weeks.

Penguins notes:
Oilers notes:
The Oilers have lost three-in-a-row.
Not sure if it will be Khabibulin or Dubnyk in net. We'll guess that Fleury will start for the Pens.
