RESET: Last week before the Olympics

Schedule this week

Should be a fun week overall in the NHL. A ton of desperate hockey teams trying to get some points before the break.

The Pens face two teams this week needing points, and the hapless Sabres.

Ottawa – Ottawa is only two points out of a playoff spot, and Byran Murray can't decide on what he wants to do.

Rangers – Despite the rumors about their captain, the Rangers are closest to the Penguins in the Metro. The Pens will wrap up with them on Friday before the Olympic break.

Inbetween those two games will be Buffalo. Least the Pens can get an up close and personal view of Steve Ott.

Currently the Penguins are in first place in their division and the conference.

If the playoffs started today

Pens vs… Red Wings. God.
