RECAP: Game 39. Sens beat Pens 5-0.

Basically the Sens gave the Pens the business and didn't even have the courtesy to spread their cheeks.
— Crosby got abused all game long. We usually have to wait until playoff time for Crosby to start getting physical attention, so this is probably a good thing; let him get used to it.
— No one died for the Pens in this one, so that was good. Dupuis may be out for a while, though.
— Pens PP was sac. 0 for 7. Pens PK went 1 for 3. Special teams have been a huge part of winning during the current injury-pocalypse, so it's no surprise that the Pens got run out of Canada when they came up short on both ends.
Good to see MacLean still gives this look after he finds out his team is going to the box.
— Pens had 80 chances in the second period, whether it was on the power play or breakaways for Neal and Kunitz. Mr. Anderson was up to the task all night.
— It's taken 39 games, but we've finally seen Olli Maatta beaten soundly on a one-on-one. Erik Karlsson went in the Express Lane around Maatta to make it 3-0 early in the third to close the door.
— 5-0 final.
— Samuelsson and Harry Z were sent back to WB/S overnight, so it looks the Pens are getting a little bit healthier.
