QUICK CAP: It doesn’t Maatta who plays. Pens win.

The game ended with Olli Maatta holding the puck. Fitting because this game belonged to him.

And, oh, yeah — the Pens won again, this time beating the surprisingly scummy Wild, 5-2.  Goals from Dupuis, Niskanen, Sutter,  Kunitz, and Maatta paced the Pens. Zatkoff with his sixth straight win.

3. The standing O for Matt Cooke.

The Pens honored Matt Cooke. Goosebump city. Say what you will, Cooke was a huge success in Pittsburgh. Can't say the Pens miss him, but we appreciated his time here.

2. Sidney Crosby.

Two casual assists; no biggie. He's too good.

1. Olli Maatta

This was Maatta's statment game in the NHL. He had three points and an awesome penalty-shot goal. It isn't just the points; it is his game. He's 19, and he has been the Pens' best D-man the last few games. Could be watching something special here.
